Batman Beyond

Driven by personal tragedy and a sense of retributive justice, a university student by the name of Terry McGinnis falls under the chance tutelage of Bruce Wayne. After discovering his mentor was once the heroic caped crusader of his childhood, he convinces the disillusioned, former-crimefighter to let him assume the mantle of the Batman to confront the miasmatic corruption of a dystopian Gotham.
